M. Tahir Javed immigrated to the United States in late 1980s after earning a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Punjab University in Lahore, Pakistan. In coming to America, his goal was to achieve the “American Dream”. He began his journey as an entrepreneur when he opened his first retail operation in Beaumont, Texas. He ventured deeper into the business world and is now president of other companies including Riceland Healthcare Systems, Price & Co Distribution, Starco Impex Distributing, and now Starco Fuel. He is the seventeenth largest wholesaler of consumer goods in the United States.
Mr. Javed has become a significant player in the politics of the United States and sought a position in the U.S. Congress. He is a board member for Texas Riceland Foundation Incorporated, Javed Foundation, the U.S. Congressional Pakistan Caucus Foundation, and has been a presidential candidate advisor. His success in entrepreneurship, distribution, politics, and philanthropy for over 35 years has won him the respect of business and governmental leaders in multiple places in the world. His enter into the world of renewable energy is a testament to his interest in giving back to the community and assisting in the improvement of life and economy.

Nicholas Lampson is a former United States Congressman and currently serves as the Vice President of Business Development.
